University of South Carolina students are known for their compassion and care for each other. You can share your skills and help promote wellbeing on campus by getting involved in a variety of healthy campus initiatives.

Changing Carolina Peer Leaders

As an undergraduate student, you can help educate, advocate for, and engage with peers on topics like mental health, sexual health, healthy relationships, and holistic wellness.


Mental Health Ambassadors

As peer-to-peer educators, Mental Health Ambassadors have distinctive opportunities to connect with other students who share a commitment to mental health advocacy. They are uniquely suited to model mental health skills to the USC community.


R.I.S.E. Ambassadors

Take the next step in bystander intervention and join the students who learn to Recognize, Intervene, Support and Empower others in the USC community. We'll show you how to engage in bystander intervention through the art of passive and active storytelling.
